Chuck gained experience in ASC consulting, development and operations through his various positions with several ASC Management companies, including co-founding and serving as Chief Development Officer of Atlas Healthcare Partners. Chuck has a deep understanding of the operational, financial and regulatory challenges faced by ASCs and works hard with the Align team to develop unique solutions to these issues. He also understands the intricacies of hospital operations, physician joint ventures and healthcare strategy through his hospital leadership experience. Chuck's dedication to excellence and patient care has been recognized through numerous accolades, including Bethesda Butler Hospital's recognition as a top hospital for patient satisfaction and safety. As Align Health's CEO, Chuck is committed to aligning the goals and incentives of the company with those of its physician partners, ensuring continued growth and success in the ASC industry.

Nathan Martin
Nathan J. Martin co-founded Align Health in late 2022 with Chuck Brown. Nathan has a diverse background in secondary education, nursing, executive healthcare leadership, & entrepreneurship spanning more than two decades. Throughout his nursing career, Nathan has worked in intensive care, open-heart nursing, emergency departments, and flight nursing. His journey in healthcare has seen him take on roles ranging from Nursing Assistant and Unit Clerk to departmental leadership, Director of Nursing, and ASC Chief Executive positions. As a Healthcare Founder, Nathan is dedicated to leveraging his experiences to develop innovative solutions to address industry challenges and a dynamic ASC industry. Nathan is very detail-oriented and has the operational experience to truly understand the nuance in healthcare operations.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in managing complex healthcare operations, overseeing multiple locations including ambulatory surgery centers, clinics, therapy, and imaging services. Her professional strengths span critical areas such as business planning, strategic initiatives, financial compliance, and organizational development. She has consistently delivered remarkable results, including a 20% year-over-year increase in patient visits through targeted physician recruitment and strategic practice acquisitions. Mili has successfully recruited providers across multiple sub-specialties, consolidated underutilized locations to support market growth, and maintained critical joint venture partnerships with local hospital systems. As a proven leader, she has served as an executive sponsor of cross-functional teams focused on cultivating dynamic organizational cultures that promote cohesion, employee appreciation, and effective change management. Christy Brown is a seasoned Director with over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, and management. With a strong focus on financial integrity and operational efficiency, Christy has successfully managed practices, ASC's, and integrated healthcare accounting teams to implemented strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve patient care. Her diverse background includes roles in ambulatory surgery centers, multispecialty practices, and large healthcare systems. Christy is passionate about leveraging her experience to make meaningful contributions to Align Health's mission of providing the highest level of Service & Value to all of Align's Clients.
Facility Consultant
Craig Mulford
Craig is an independent consultant to Align Health with 35 years of experience providing business advice to over 300 ASC clients regarding physical environment planning and facility regulatory requirements. He provides recommendations as to the appropriateness of space to support a functional, efficient, and cost-effective facility layout. He seeks to maximize performance through the incorporation of key functional relationships and the smooth flow of patients, staff, materials, and surgeons, while recognizing the importance of space that supports the well-being of the users. His experience with local, state, accreditation bodies, and Medicare facility regulations is of vital importance to assure a successful and expedited opening of the facility. Craig ties together the importance of a highly functional, compliant, and right-sized facility with the financial success of an ASC.
